Ms. Maria Y.P. Ardianingtyas, S.H., LL.M is a founding partner of MA Law Firm. She graduated from the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia for S.H. (bachelor of law) degree and obtained her LL.M (master of law) degree from Faculteit Rechtsgeleerheid Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Since 2001 Ms. Maria Ardianingtyas has been a qualified legal advocate, a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and a member of the Indonesian Lawyers Club (ILC).

Prior to establishing MA Law Firm, Ms. Maria Ardianingtyas worked with several global firms holding offices in Indonesia. She was a senior associate at Norton Rose Australia in association with Brigitta I. Rahayoe & Partners and an associate at Mochtar Karuwin & Komar Law Firm. She also gained experience as a legal manager at PT Lyman Investindo and PT Carrefour Indonesia - PT Alfa Retailindo, Tbk., allowing her to cultivate expertise in the business legislation sector and its nature in Indonesia.

To complete her experience, Ms. Maria Ardianingtyas has accepted the challenging position of legal adviser to the Indonesian Netherlands Association/Indonesian–Benelux Chamber of Commerce and also a project officer for Investment Climate Improvement Project, and through this experience has successfully established and maintained good relationships with many Indonesian Government Officials.

Ms. Maria Ardianingtyas has assisted and advised Domestic and International clients on various legal issues and corporate transactions, including but not limited to foreign direct investment in various business sectors, employment matter, commercial litigation, and government relations. She is also a fluent speaker of English.
